When the top part is turned parallel to the fitting, water can flow through the hoses with ease. Once you turn it to go across the fitting, it shuts down the flow of water. This is convenient if you need to shut your water off to readjust something on your setup, grab something from your vehicle, or take a breather.
The World Enterprises Push-to-Fit Shut-Off Valve is available in 3/8″ and 1/2″, and it’s perfect for water fed hose of that size.
