About the Ladder-Max Stand-Off Stabilizer
The Ladder-Max Stand-Off Stabilizer adapts your ladder to fit into corners and create a greater standoff from the wall of your customer’s home or business. It can span a window up to three feet wide and fits all major aluminum, wood, and fiberglass extension and articulating ladders, including Werner, Louisville, Howard, Gorilla, Little Giant, and Green Bull. It is not compatible with Metallic Ladder products, as it needs to be able to fit on a rung that is at least 12 inches long.
For the traditional window cleaner, this stabilizer is a must-have. It is constructed of rugged, durable steel and takes seconds to attach and remove from your ladder. Plus, it’s made in the USA and built to last job after job. It is also certified for direct roof placement and meets or exceeds ANSI and OSHA standards for type 1AA ladders with a special duty rating of #375.
On the ends of the extender arms, heavy-duty plastic tips are non-marring and prevent damage on surfaces caused by ladder placement. It is also approved for use with ladder jacks and provides 19 inches of standoff from gutters, roofing, and walls, all while stabilizing your ladder with arms that can span 36 inches.
