AWC Magazine – Issue 173
ISSUE TEASER:
Safety expert Gary Mauer returns with coverage from the I-14 committee meeting in Chicago. Mauer learned that the I-14 may or may not try to publish a safety standard later in the year. He predicts what the I-14 will entail and speculates on the direction OSHA will be taking in terms of its safety standards.
In 2012, the American Window Cleaner magazine presented a two-part series about window cleaners, suppliers, and manufacturers with special talents and hobbies. Chief correspondent Bob Lawrence talks about the Mountain Man, the Racer Man, and the Drummer; all window cleaners each with specific hobbies.
The Window Cleaning Institute is another online forum with a focus on bringing window cleaners, manufacturers, and suppliers together. Creator Tony Evans, a window cleaner from Iowa, partakes in a Q&A with AWC and answers questions about his background and his new website.
