In a previous issue, two window cleaners were struggling for their lives 12 stories in the air on the side of a building. They were uninjured, however, OSHA isn’t done with the incident. AWC contributor R. Bruce Gebhardt reports OSHA fined the window cleaners’ owner and has requested a trial.
