Allowing him and his team to have more control over the quality of the workmanship and make a higher profit, Ronald didn’t think twice about this decision. He also found excitement in opening up his company to hiring both men and women. He said, “I don’t know how to say it without sounding sexist, but a woman is a neater worker than a man. You don’t have to do the degree of reminding a woman. If she goes inside to clean, she gives more attention to detail, looking to wipe up spots or spills inside windows.”
