SteveO offers up his favorite traditional tools for a great starter kit. You’ll find everything you need from squeegees to scrubbers, even an extension pole for high windows.
This kit includes the same trusted tools that SteveO uses including three complete squeegees. Try out different brands and handles to really get a feel for what works best for you. The Unger Ninja Complete 40° Squeegee features swivel action for getting hard to reach angles. The Brass Backflip Squeegee from Ettore has an angled head, great for closing out and reaching past deep ledges. When you’re ready to move onto a more advanced tool, the Moerman Excelerator is a squeegee and scrubber in one. The F*LIQ Pad flips back and forth as you alternate from scrubbing and squeegeeing. The head swivels while you clean. When your rubber starts to get chewed up, SteveO has thought ahead to include two 12 packs for replacements. There are even three additional channel sizes for the varying sizes of windows
There are two T-Bars to choose from, the 14 and 18 Inch. Each of these handles swivels for getting into corners or awkward spots. This bar is lightweight with a comfortable rubber handle. Each t-bar comes with a durable microfiber sleeve that has an extra scrub pad for tougher spots. When you need even more scrubbing power, grab one of your white scrub pads.
What good is having an armful of tools, without a great way to store and carry them? Use the Pulex Bucket Set for an easy way to get your tools to the job before you fill it up with your cleaning solution. Then load them up onto your Tool Belt and in your Side Kit Pouch. The Unger Ninja bucket on a belt allows you to take your squeegee and scrubber with you without getting yourself soaked in the process. The scraper has a specially designed holster that keeps it secure and the blade away when you don’t need it. Finish any detailing with the included Recycled Towels that are perfect for corners, drips, and cleaning up spills.Â
